The Law Clinic on International and European Law is a place for study and research work

The Law Clinic on International and European Law serves three main purposes:

  • To intervene by way of amicus curiae before control and judicial bodies, both at the international and European level;

  • To submit comments on legislative processes and institutional changes;

  • To draw up proposals for legislative changes and draft regulatory projects for a proper implementation of the International and European Law into the national legal system.
